The SDP's alternative economic programme Part 2: Getting rich quick

In Part I, we discussed the problems of Singapore's economic performance as far as the GDP and productivity are concerned. In this second instalment, we continue to examine the soundness of the PAP's economic policies, in particular the unfortunate turn towards capitalising on vice as a source of income.

It is usually easy to criticize someone else's policy in hindsight.

I will be interested to hear what the SDP has in alternative policies, perhaps in part III to take Singapore forward in the next decade, if they are to be considered a viable alternative? and not just provide criticisms to current policies.
